While some associations hire staff to run the organization, others choose to hire an Association Management Company (AMC) to handle day-to-day operations. AMCs provide professional management and customized services including board administration, membership development, conference/events management, communications, finance and certification to associations.

Association Management Companies provide necessary resources to enable associations to run effectively and efficiently.  AMCs may vary in size and functionality but they all have the common goal to provide quality services to associations.  There are AMCs that provide full service association management as well as others that provide outsourced management options. Apex can do either.
